PRIVACY NOTICE
How AGOSVIA handles information.
This notice covers visitors, inquiries, submissions and authorized Admin or Staff use of the AGOSVIA Work Area.
Effective date: August 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
AGOSVIA is developed and managed by Raymund R. Jazmines. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to inquiry@agosvia.com.
What information may be collected?
Depending on how AGOSVIA is used, information may include a name, email address, phone number, inquiry message, listing reference, submitted Requirement or Opportunity details, uploaded files, responsible contact information and dates or times associated with records and activity.
Why is information used?
Information is used to organize listings and requirements, review submissions, respond to inquiries, connect an inquiry with the responsible opportunity, maintain operational records, prepare approved marketing work, create backups and protect the system from misuse.
Public and private information
Information approved as public may be viewed by visitors. Client details, source contacts, private documents, negotiation notes and internal records are intended for authorized users only. Users must not place confidential information in public fields or public marketing instructions.
Admin and Staff accounts
Authorized Work Area users have individual authentication identities and may access information needed for their assigned work. Access can be changed or disabled when responsibilities change or an engagement ends. Historical records may be retained where needed to understand prior work.
Who may receive an inquiry or submission?
Information may be reviewed by AGOSVIA and by an authorized broker, Staff member, partner or representative responsible for handling the relevant opportunity or requirement. Personal information is not sold as a product.
Marketing and AI-assisted processing
Authorized users may prepare selected listing or requirement information for AI-assisted assessment or marketing. Packages should include only information appropriate for the chosen task. Private information should be included only when genuinely necessary for an authorized internal document and must not be exposed in public-facing marketing.
Service providers
AGOSVIA relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, database/storage, email delivery and other operational tools. These services process information as needed to provide their functions and may change as AGOSVIA is maintained or migrated.
External links
Listings may link to maps, video, cloud documents or other websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Check destinations and sharing permissions before opening or uploading sensitive information.
Demo and test data
The Demo/Test environment is intended for sample information and workflow testing. Real confidential production information should not be copied into Demo. Demo credentials and data are separate from production access.
How long is information kept?
Information is kept as long as reasonably needed to manage an opportunity or requirement, respond to inquiries, preserve necessary business records, maintain backups, prevent misuse or meet legal obligations. Information no longer needed may be deleted, archived or anonymized.
How is information protected?
AGOSVIA uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, separate authenticated access and public/private information controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so only necessary information should be collected and uploaded.
Your privacy rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information when applicable. Email inquiry@agosvia.com with enough information for the request to be verified and handled.
